Quinoa Pancakes

Why eat Quinoa?

Quina is considered a superfood. It is also considered a complete protein because unlike other grains it's not missing the amino acid lysine; therefore, making it a complete source of protien. Try using it more you might just like it! {I like giving it to Slade in his baby food because it's a great source of protien!} 1 C cooked quinoa
3/4 C 100% whole wheat
{make sure it's 100% WHOLE wheat because legaly companies can say it's whole wheat even though it's 50% wheat and 50% processed white flour}
2 t. baking powder {the aluminum free kind}
1/2 t. coarse salt
2 {organic cage free} eggs
1T coconut oil
1/4 C milk
2 T pure maple syrup
mix all dry ingredients and in a seperate bowl mix wet ingredients combine and cook in coconut oil in a skillit.
